Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 48 hours of receiving the order, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

Returns Policy

Returns

We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, the item may still be returned, but is subject to our warranty policy. Please review our warranty policy for more details.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
